I had the urge to make this list after listening to the 20th game's soundtrack for the first time, and I noticed the lack of zunpets. Not bad, just different. Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom, Hidden Star in Four Seasons, and Imperishable Night are my favorite soundtracks so far, in that order. On average, they have the most bangers/the least skips.I think IN is very iconic, most of the soundtrack so lovable. LoLK is very nostalgic, as it was the newest game I stumbled upon when discovering Touhou. I remember it like it was yesterday; WARNING×WARNING×WARNING was a doujin song I stumbled upon and decided to look into. At the time, it was the second song I found myself instead of hearing it used everywhere. Tear Rain was the first. It was very hard choosing a favorite stage theme for LoLK; too many bangers. Same goes for HSiFS. Many songs are heavenly, and invokes a feeling of gentle ascension, similarly to my favorite stage theme in Scarlet Weather Rhapsody; until stage 5 (of HSiFS), for as good as the rest of the soundtrack is, it is not calming. My least favorite game, soundtrack included, is Wildest Beast and Weakest Link Creature, because it all lacks contrast. I think my third favorite for Unfinished Dream of All Living Ghost is my favorite because it is, dare I say, unforgettable and nostalgic. 

Picking a #1 is difficult. Very hard to choose between the Greatest Song of Today (The Oni on the Perpetual Mountain) and The Greatest Song in History (Broken Moon).
