I have a question for you.ย
How do you deal with stress and anger healthily? I find myself overwhelmed and upset more often that I'd like and I haven't quite been able to find a healthy outlet. When I'm upset, it makes me want to throw self improvement out the window and give up on everything, so I find myself going back to old habits.
What do y'all do to destress or release anger?

Coloring and drawing always helps me. I like to make vent art when I'm reallyyy upset or stressed. And coloring a simple drawing while listening to music or watching something helps to take my mind off whatever I'm thinking about. Also Journaling helps a lotttt

exercise heavily. you'll tire your mind and body enough to think about or forget why you were angry/upset in the first place. another way is to definitely isolate yourself from anyone that doesn't deserve the backlash. then go exercise, but don't hurt yourself please lol you'll only find your day be more ruined than what it already is

JOURNAL. even if you write so fast you cant re read it (not ever wise to re read ur angry entries anyway lol).. also anything at all to regulate your nervous system... there are so many ways, find what is good for you. I personally utilize the very cliche "box breathing" method very frequently. Good luck and remember.. the only thing you actually have control over is the way you respond. Hone that skill
