Purely physical reaction

Hi Spacehey, just checking in.  Today I worked an event for marketing for my company, and without going into exactly what happened, it was a reminder of how important in-person interaction is and how much social media and online-ness has diluted interpersonal relationships in our society.  I can share that some of the people I talked to about nothing work related, but just about life.  And those are the moments I live for; the job is just an excuse, a method through which to bless people.  And I've been practicing being more outgoing and more bold in seeking out people's needs.

Apart from that, I've been having some troubling feelings today about something else.  I believe it's a purely physical reaction to environmental factors, hormones, or something I ate.  So I'm just waiting for these feelings to pass, as I'm doing chores and listening to a podcast.  I'm somewhat uncomfortable but I'm ok.  I'm pretty sleepy though (I have been since this afternoon when I got home from work).  I can't fall asleep until I get my laundry out of the dryer and prep my lunch for tomorrow.

What should I have for lunch?  Any suggestions?  What do you like to make for lunch?

I've also noticed howuch social media has impacted interpersonal communication. Hopefully doing stuff you're comfortable with/used to doing will help!
