83. Pull Day

2b, 9s, and pod


I am so thankful I have been consistent for so long. I just got back from a camping trip and skipping this workout never seriously crossed my mind. 

   Getting into the groove has been difficult this week. I haven't been in dangerous of giving up or anything but I also didn't feel super good during the workout like I normally do. Pretty baseline. A little better than normal but not much satisfaction. Not that it's a bad thing. If I can stay consistent while not being super into it then I am in a good spot mentally.

Bent-Over Row 4x8-10

// 90lbs on the Row Machine. Add more weight next time.



Single-Arm Row 3x8

//30lbs, it was fine.



Romanian Deadlift 3x10

//40lbs, same as last time. Felt weird but no pain.



Reverse Flies 3x12

//5lbs, strangely enough it felt harder than the 10lbs. These muscles are weak.



Hanging Leg Raises or Ab rollouts 3x8-12

// I did the Hanging Leg Raises with abysmal form. But it was an improvement from last time. 



Farmer's Carry 2x1 minute

// 35lbs, there were people in the area I normal do these so I just got it over with and got out of there.
