82. Push Day

2b 9s and pod



  I was not feel it today. I was not at risk of skipping a workout. But after bench press I got into it. I think I tweaked my left shoulder on bench press so I didn't do the last set. 

  I tilted my hips on the push up in Goblet Squats and it worked wonders. This is the most important discovery I've made in a while. Squats have been revolutionize for me. I have been brutalizing my lower back and avoiding squats because of that. Now I can confidently get some leg gains with out the pain.

(Warm-up Set)

Bench Press 4x8-10

//115lbs. It was a good amount of weight. Maybe add a little more? Skipped a set due to shoulder.



Dumbbell Floor or Incline Press 3x8

// 30lbs felt good. A bit unstable today. 



Goblet Squat 3x10-12

// 40lbs. I remembered to tilt my hips. Basically thrusting forward while rising. Felt nothing on my lower back. :)



Plank 3x1minute

// These and Calf Raises I superset to speed up. Planks felt good.



Calf Raises 2x20

// My left Achilles Tendon seems to pop when I lower. I will have to look into this. Also the front of my left leg is being used the most. I need to work on my form.
