What Social Media do you Use?

Since we're all on spacehey I'm sure y'all are aware social media has been getting extremely bland over the last 8 years. Whether it's advertisers trying to instigate censorship or tech companies trying to oversimplify their products, it feels like nobody is really expressing themselves anymore.

These problems are probably just a result of the internet becoming more accessible to a broader range of people, including people who don't want to deal with "complicated" customization. That being said, I think anyone under 40 years old probably wants a fun place to express themselves and connect with friends. This leads me to the question, where is everyone?

For years I've noticed it's impossible to reach anyone on the mainstream social media platforms, and its only gotten worse with every year. If these platforms are so boring, business oriented, and predatory that everyone has moved on (other than political commentators, bots, predators, and models), where did everyone move to?

From what I've seen many of these people have simply ditched social media entirely. But I'm curious, what social media do you use? How do you keep up with or make new friends? Spacehey has honestly been my favorite platform this year, it's just a shame nobody I know irl is on it. Outside of spacehey, I just make the occasional Facebook update and upload my videos to YouTube. I don't seem to get any interaction on any other platform.
