I had a good workout today. I had some issue with the skull crushers. My elbow felt weird. What fixed it was switching to the EZ Bar.
The bicep pump was insane and the sit ups at the end were rough. I am already sore from the rest of the week so every time I did a sit up I felt burn and every time I released the sit up I felt soreness. This was rough but I can't say I wasn't giving full effort.
I need a better name for this day.
