80. Pull Day

a2, 2b, 9s and pod chilling. 9s fist bumps pod


  The workout went ok. My form and strength in these new exercises are lacking. It was weird, I felt like I was working extremely hard and not hard at all. My muscles during the exercise were screaming at me but I'd finish the set and then I would feel like I didn't actually accomplish anything. 

  I am looking forward to when I get these exercises dialed in and my muscles acclimate so I can really hit them hard.

  I have been watching a lot of bodybuilding videos to propagandize myself. It's working. I was very excited for my workout today.

  Now I need to put down some calories or all this is for nothing.

Bent-Over Row 4x8-10

//35lbs. Shoulders down and back. It was hard to hold form. Try dropping the weight to perfect form.



Single-Arm Row 3x8

//20lbs, same issue. I did the tripod setup for this. 



Romanian Deadlift 3x10

//40lbs, felt ok. Tighten core. Maybe tilt hips? I felt something on my lower back. Be vigilant.



Reverse Flies 3x12

//10lbs, Weird form. Shoulder felt strange. Go for 5lbs and increase reps with perfect form.



Hanging Leg Raises or Ab rollouts 3x8-12

//I am not capable of doing either of these well yet. Keep working on it.



Farmer's Carry 2x1 minute

// 35lbs, felt good. Add weight. Left side still weak but not as much.

Ay man this is some good work! Keep at it, it's only gonna get better from here.
I'd recommened going real light in terms of weight when trying a new workout, even lighter than you think you should. It's always better to be safe than sorry!

Ain't that the truth. I've injured myself before. Not doing that again.

Probably going to drop the weight a bit next time like you said.
