Wow im so scared and my head is pounding because i tried to control the surge of anger i felt just now because of my bitch of a sister. She knows exactly what to say and do to push my buttons. What a bitch.

Anyways i have an mun to attend in 4 days and i haven't started my research yet. I tried to today but got distracted </3 im glad i got a decent country though.

My father lashed out today and hit my neck. He scratched it, the scar stings like hell whenever i lay down so i don't think I'll be getting any sleep today.

I was so happy yesterday, life seemed to really be getting good again. Idk what happened today, i didn't even touch a book or manga. Maybe im just being negative rn because of my shitty mood.

excessive screen time really ruins a potentially good day, especially when its a phone. Phones seem to cause more harm to me idk
