I need to add eccentrics (negatives) to my workout. I have heard a lot of good things about it.
Also I need an ab roller. I don't feel like I am hitting ads hard enough so I am going to do some heavy editing to my workout.
I got a protein shaker bottle so I have been drinking my protein a lot more lately. Sadly, I ran out of protein powder so I am going to have to get some more.
My physique I much improved lately. I am seeing a lot more muscle definition. I am trying to eat a lot so that's probably why.
