I am back from vacation. I have not hit the ground running like I wanted to but I did get my workout in today.
I failed an attempt to lift 145lbs. I am getting better at embracing the grind and not just giving up when the lift loses momentum. I am certain I can lift 140lbs but I didn't feel like finding more weights.
It's time to go up in weight for the shoulder press. It felt good but more sets, less reps and more weight would really maximize the pump next time.
I have the hours figured out at the gym now. 4pm - 10pm is peak hours. If I can be most of the way done by then I am good.
