ugh i am sooo sore from getting a massage yesterday like i am so dumb for not speaking up and saying a lil lighter pleaseee lol oh well i wish i didn’t have to spend all this money on massages and chiro but i guess this is just life now as a person with chronic pain 🥲

i have therapy later today and honestly time goes by so mf fast i thought it wasn’t until next week and i hope her internet connection doesn’t mess up again bc i already hate virtually meeting and i have a random meeting today at 3pm so sadness and annoyance all around
