sonic.exe - 0/10

obviously the most terrible out all of these. But its also one of my favourite stories theyve read, just cuz of the back and fourth between hunter and Isiah being really funny. the twerking sonic bit makes me fuckin die every time lmfao. but about the story, its ass, funny bad but still bad. Over explaining way too much, heavy emphasis on edge, "HYPER REALISTIC BLOOD!!!!!". classic, bad, but classic. not much else to say

jeff the killer - 1/10

i cant believe i used to be scared of jeff the killer as a kid. Anyway this episode is funny asf and for the first creepcast episode ever its pretty entertaining! but yea story is mid but its pretty funny like sonic.exe. he had a feeling feeling. the only reason i gave it 1/10 is cuz the pacing is better than sonic.exe

I Dared My Best Friend To Ruin My Life, He's Succeeding. 1/10

horrible. an actual travesty. but a beautiful travesty.  the over use of david fucking king, the red pill school shooter oc mf, over explaining the legal system and the internet. Hunter genuinely losing his mind the whole episode. so good. objectively though, the story is fucking awful. I had a read of the second series too and ooh boy its also pretty bad. but yea, this story truly was the minimum required effort. 

The Hooded Man 1/10

i feel like this is somehow worse than jeff the killer a little bit. if david king made an oc it def wouldve been this mf. boring old edgelord creepypasta, funny asf tho. 

Dead Bart 1/10

another shitty old creepypasta. honestly the only reason i give this one 1 star is because one part in the story theres a VERY small part where i kinda thought "oh heck yea thats kinda sick". its after bart dies and the family goes to visit his grave, only to find his body on top of the grave looking undecayed and exactly the same as when he first passed. honestly i mess with that, ill prolly add that to my ocs story. could be cool for like... a traumatic flashback ya know? anyway other than that its bad.

ticci toby 2/10

ticci toby is pretty bad too. better than the other creepypastas, but still eh. kinda edgy, especially that toby is a slenderman fan character lol. the episode was funny tho 

Squidward's Suicide - 2/10

Bad. Its paced better than the other show related creepypastas though if im being honest. its so ehh and a bit edgy, idk theres not much to say.

Urbanspook, The Painter - 2/10

woof. this is probably the worst analog type horror on yt. its horribly written, horribly displayed, the creator is a POS and its edgy!!!! it goes so overboard with its murders. literally the whole series is "jack dingleberry was stabbed in the anus 17 times with his eyes gauged out and body stuck in a glue-trap, the painting found near his body was titled "dingleberry butthole"." 2 of the points goes to some of the paintings being actually good and creepy, and one voice acted scene in the series with the woman dying on a 911 call. 

The Thing In The Basement is getting better at mimicking people - 2/10

okay at the start, but fell off big time at the end. turned into a whole marvel superhero origin story. funny as hell tho, the episode was so good.

Theres something wrong with my dad -2/10

it is.... SO BAD. its in a similar vein to urban spook with the whole "Look!!! abuse!!!1 be scared!!". and the ending being that the dads a fucking goblin is so dumb lmfao. the creature shoved a brick up my mothers pussy, thats all that needs to be said about this story.

Im a cop and i keep getting called to the same house - 3/10

ABYSMALLY boring holy shit. Kinda ok at the start, really god damn boring at the end. 3 out of 10 for the idea and the accurate police dialogue.

Borrasca V - 3/10

i think after i read borrasca i kinda skimmed thru this whole story at 2 am cuz i just NEEDED some sort of ending. but i obviously didnt remember how bad it was. its BAD. dont let this deture you from checking out the first parts of borrasca, this is just a horrific sequel. all the characters are dumbed down versions of themselves, especially sams dad. what i kind of liked in the first borrasca was that sams dad, although an abusing pedophilic pos, is a little pussy. he cried when sam found out whittney didnt run back to her old boyfriend. he begged sam to stay when he found out about borrasca. It paints a more... realistic pedophile. this sequel throws ALL of that out the window. he becomes this big super villian, saying thats he proud he sa'd his daughter and supports a r_pe trafficking ring. As well as every other bad character being comedically evil. horrible. 3 out of 10 becuase despite the bad writing, the actual descriptions of stuff is good and some of the casual character to character dialog that the author nailed in the first borrasca carries over pretty well. other than that, horrible. the episode is SO funny though. 

Candle Cove - 4/10

Candle cove is alright. The guy who made it is a legend for other stuff tho. its a good short story! I kinda wish there was more, thats all. 

Cupcakes - 4/10

Yknow, for a classic creepypasta (especially a fucking my little pony one) its actually kinda okay? a part of me is thinking this might be tortureporn, but then again it was made in 2012 during newgrounds era internet where everyone was like "wouldnt it be cool/edgy/funny if x character brutally killed x character"

the way the author wrote gore is actually pretty good, some of it is really fucking gross. pinkie pies insane dialouge is.. crazy but idk. I do think the story was so insane that i didnt feel very scared by it. Even as someone who is mortified of body horror/torture stories i didnt really feel scared. hunters commentary was amazing and probably added to me not being scared.

Ben Drowned - 4/10

Ben drowned started pretty damn awesome until the end where the protag became really fuckin stupid for some reason. Tbh i already find majoras mask pretty scary sometimes, so the first part of ben drowned really adds to that. its alright, the ending is just so mid.

The Sun Vanished - 4/10

TSV started out as an interesting twt arg concept, and it did pull some stuff off pretty well at first. some of the videos are really good though. fell off at the end though. it just got really boring.

Camp Oakwood - 4/10

Camp Oakwoods ending is soo bad. the starts ok i guess, kinda campy but okay. the ending sucks, started over explaing shit and was bad. 

Gr3gory88 - 4/10

Gr3gory88 was alright. the only reason why its 4/10 is cuz it fails to explain some of its mysterious and the whole story felt like it got abandoned when things got interesting. 

1999 - 4/10

to be perfectly honest, im very eh about 1999. its a cool concept but i felt it didnt really reach into scary territory.  maybe penpal put my standards too high

Tall Dog - 5/10

tall dog was good! good short story, painting a sad but mysterious story of a broken family. and that last line where the dad says "thats why im standing over heathers bed, a knife in my right hand. Im sorry heather, but whatever that thing is isnt you.' so good! 

My Husband Has Taken Our Roleplay Too Far - 6/10

a read it a fair bit ago, but i remember it being good. very strange, but great. just this weird married couple slowly becoming deluded from something. it was cool.

My Wife Has Been Peeking At Me From Around Corners - 6/10

cool short story. it was really depicted very well! uh.. i honestly dont have a lot to say for this one. 

My Dog Was Missing For 3 Days. - 6/10

i love this episode cuz of hunter finding out about his grandpa killing his dog on purpose. it was sooo funny. but anyway, this short story was great! feel bad for mc tho. poor guy lost his childhood doggy. 

I Wrote Myself a Letter, I Got a Response. - 6/10

it was good, the ending kinda was meh though? i dont really like how they redeemed evil scott. it felt weird. everything else was pretty interesting though.

Tommy Taffy/ The Third Parent - 7/10

i didnt exactly finish this one, but i got pretty close to the end. i think this was interesting. a more... gruesome, vulgar depiction of CSA. but its probably, unfortunately, realistic. i think the concept is pretty cool. tommy being this symbolism of a creepy family member you arent supposed to talk about is interesting. maybe the killing is a bit overkill though... other than that its cool!

It Breathes, It Bleeds, It Breeds - 7/10

i read this a while ago and i remember it being so well written. the body horror of a terratoma is already scary as shit, but the whole actual creature goblin thing gnawing using your fat to create another body is TERRIFYING. and the reveal that this is his last thing hes writing before he burns the house down with himself and the creature is cool. love it. 

I Pretended To Be A Missing Girl - 7/10

this could be a really cool movie when it gets made. it has a really interesting, pretty realistic concept. left open to mystery very well. also based off a real life incident that is somehow, SO MUCH WORSE. i dont want to explain it here though.  also apprently theyre making a movie out of this?

Pancake family - 7/10

Hunter and isiah said they didnt like this story, and for the first time i DONT agree with them. This story made me feel legit ill. I hated it (in a good way). Im really bad with body horror and this hit tbe spot. it was vile, the idea of being slowly flattened and morphed with your family for 20 years made me sick. 

Marble Hornets - 8/10

Im not really into slenderman, and i never really was. my primary school thought that slender man lived in the shipping container next to the gym but that was the closest i ever got to him. this series though? SO COOL!!! i havent finished it but even if you dont care much for slendyboy it is good. the low budget makes it somehow better. the story is great, the props are great, the mystery is great. omfghhh its good.

My Dad Ate Meat From A Deer Who Walked on Two Legs - 8/10

Very VERY cool story. its written beautifly, it has a very interesting plot. all of it is tied together in a nice little bow.  the dad saying "am i dead? when did i die?" to his own son.... ehhuughggfhgh...i like nature horror stories, theyre awesome!

The dead girl in my backyard is my best friend - 8/10

fucking AMAZING!!!! EEE!!!! it portrays this horrible family dynamic of a dying mother and a disabled younger brother really well, as someone who lives in a dysfunctional household i felt triggered by how accurate it was. I really like the weirdness of this one. 

We werent allowed to talk to women - 8/10

amazing depiction of female on male sexual assault and the horror of that, despite its strangeness. this weird moth woman in the basement of this all male family giving birth to boys is so weird but awesome. the ending is cool too, wont spoil it ofc

I dont think its talked about enough how scary it would be for a man to be raped and him to see a child made from the horror of that situation. It scary for girls and its scary for boys. 

A journal of a coal miner - 8/10

i REALLY like this story. its written very accurately to how life would be like in the early 1900s in the south usa, the dialouge is nice. the symbolism in writing is very good. its strange, but it is very good and short and wraps up nicely

Greylock 8/10

greylock is genuinely, the BEST analog horror on youtube. underrated for sure. its so well done, so scary. it did everything urbanspook failed at. the whole cosmic horror concept of tulpas, and thoughtforms forming terrifying things. like fake pregnancies and psychologicalist testing on children working with a secrect organisation that whats to make thoughtforms work with humans????????????!??!?!??!?!?!?!?!? ITS SO GOOOODDDDD FOKJDINJFN.

Borrasca 9/10

borrasca. oh my sweet, sweet, borrasca. this story will haunt me forever. the idea, the pure terrifying idea of the children. hearing the metal scraping from the mountians, hearing the story of the skinned men. the triple tree. to grow up with that, to have sams sister go missing not long after moving to drisking. he kept borrasca forever in his heart. he knew it had something to do with her. her name carved into the tree. as kids, you think the magic is all real. he thought it to. until kimber got taken. i remember reading and piecing it together. "hmmm... every male we've met besides kyle and sam has been strange. every woman we've met has been odd too. scared. oh no. theres a sex trafficking ring, isnt there?" 

i was right. but it was worse. 

there were babies. and this was made to make them. and sams dad. oh god, sams dad only moved to drisking for this didnt he? she was gone for 7 years. she isnt anything anymore. she cant even look at sam and all the other women screamed and begged and cried to be let out. the metal scraping was the men, the children were right. when the girls died, the red mist kept the town and the mine going. the scraping was their skin. and to know that thats what they heard over and over their ENTIRE childhood. haunting. fucking haunting. 

Penpal 10/10

as much as i love borrasca, penpal is my favourite. even though objectively the events in borrasca are so much worse. penpals is beautiful. its so, so tragic. its sickening. and its real. it hurts me the most because.... my babies audity and mabel. the ones i created that are so so dear to me. their friendship was made to show how amazing childhood was. and so were they. and mabel was taken too soon as well. so it hurts, so so much. but at least mabel had an easy death. josh was alive for two years after he was sleepwalking. and i dont want to know what happened to him then. i dont want to know if he saw the pictures of his sister, i dont want to know what that THING that monster that doesnt deserve to be called a man looks like. josh. oh josh. im so sorry. im sorry the monster made your dad bury you alive. im sorry you tried so hard to get him off you. im sorry. 

its also crazy wendigoon cried at the end of this lol
