Getting high

I’ve only been high twice in my life and both were edibles, i don’t like smoke and i get paranoid about any kind of smell especially since i’m not in a legal state. Getting high always seemed like a chore to me, i would have to find an optimal day and time, make sure i had food/snacks near by and my parents not around. Even after taking it, it was nice but the slight discomfort of being high kinda made me paranoid. Sure i would feel nice but knowing that in a couple of hours i would need to not be high always kinda scared me. I think it’s mostly because i still live with my parents and im not in a legal state. If i was someone legal and i lived alone, then i probably wouldnt care and be slumped in bed every night watching aqua teen hunger force. That might be the plan honestly.
