Day 2.5: The Future Survey!

This is the second activity for today! This is also the only day that has more than one activity :). The reason for this is because I started Birthday Week a day later than planned, so I had to squeeze in an extra activity on one of the scheduled days :3.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? - I'm not entirely sure!! I just hope that I'm happy wherever I'm at :3.

Do you want to get married? - Maybe! I know that I'd want to commit to a person but I'm not a big fan of ceremonies. I think I'd just elope in a courthouse when the time is right :).

Do you want to have children? - God no haha. I think that kids are cute though. I don't think that my body could handle a pregnancy even if I wanted kids.

Do you want to move? If yes, where? - I honestly like where I live! Portland and its neighboring cities have a lot to offer.

How does your dream house look like? - Maybe a little cottage in a field lol. I like old and tiny houses :3.

What is your dream job? - I'm still figuring out what I want to do. I'm thinking somewhere in the psychiatry field, either a Psych NP or a full-fledged Psychiatrist. Sometimes I just wanna say "fuck it" and become an APP Piercer though lol. I think that would be fun.

What are five things you want to do before you die? - Oooohh idk!! Maybe find a lasting relationship, learn how to truly love myself, adopt and take care of many senior cats, maybe go vegan!! or become a mostly plant-based pescatarian, and lastly I want to learn at least two languages (I'm thinking French and Russian!!).

Are you scared of the future? - A little. It seems like time goes by wayyy too fast sometimes. Going with the flow of things has helped me a lot though.

What’s your biggest dream you would like to achieve in life? - I want to find a career that I enjoy. I don't care if I find it at 50 years old, I just want to be happy.

What would be the ideal age for you to die?- I mean, ideally I don't want to ever die haha. I hope that I can live to a very old age where I can still be cognitively and physically independent. Like Betty White lol (she turns 100 this upcoming January!). I just want my loved ones to remember me as myself and I want to be able to show my appreciation for them on my last days. I don't want to become a shell of myself long before I die.

Today we're doing an important one so make sure to read the directions before participating!!

I'll also link your profile in the post. It'll be a blog post so the shout out will stay on my profile for as long as possible!

I know that the prize doesn't have much value, but this is sort of an experiment to see how well this type of thing does. If this goes well then I'll do more contests like this in the future where you guys can win little prizes that I can send in the mail (maybe a small item with some goodies). I'll of course have to wait until I gain a good amount of friends, so I might do the next contest when I hit 1k!

Hai guys!

I apologize for the late posting! I've been sick since Saturday and I've been a little too dizzy to post anything :(. I've been feeling a little better as of a few hours ago, so I'm posting this now instead of at a later time! :)

Anyways, today we're doing an easy 26 question survey with fun & random questions!!

A. Why my last relationship ended. - Cuz he was a shit person lmao :).

B. Favourite band. - Hmmmmm this one keeps changing. I've been listening to Crystal Castles a lot lately. Alice Glass is a bad bitch lololol.

C. Who I like and why I like them. - My boyfriend loll. He's legit the coolest dude ever and we were friends for a few years before we started dating. He likes doing a lot of fun shit and he's hella chill :3.

D. Hardest thing I’ve ever been through. - Oh damn idk. Maybe breaking up with my last ex? He was hella emotionally abusive but it was still hard letting go of someone who I had been close with for 1 and a half years. I'm so glad I broke up with him tho haha.

E. My best friend. - My boyfriend haha but excluding him for the sake of this question thennnnn prollyyyy my friend Trevor :). He's a good guy to talk to about random shit haha. We usually just rant to each other about dumb/random shit for HOURS and we usually don't realize it until we're done talking lol.

F. My favourite movie. - I have a few but I've been thinking about Coraline a lot lately!! It's legit been in my top 3 since it came out when I was a tiny little baby child lmao. :3

G. Sexual orientation. - Bi as hell. I'm mostly female attracted but emo guys and twinks are my weaknesses lololol.

H. Do I smoke/drink? - No lol that typa shit is legit nasty. I don't judge anyone for doing em tho as long as they're being safe n smart about it.

I. Have any tattoos or piercings? - Just my lobes pierced for now! I'm planning on getting my left cartilage and septum done fairly soon (≧∇≦)/!!! In the future I might get snakebites and both of my eyebrows done. I'm a slut for symmetry lol. For tatts, idk. I'm very indecisive.

J. What I want to be when I get older. - My dream job is to be an APP Piercer but I love money lmao so I might become a Psych NP. I think the psychiatry field is really cool.

K. Relationship with my parents. - Good! It's been rocky at worst a few times but it's definitely good atm! They've been a lot more supportive of who I am in more recent years.

O. My eye colour. - Blue! I think it's more on the grey side :P.

P. Why I hate school. - Lol I love school tbh. I hate English/Literature class but my teacher this year is nice asf. I love math and my Anatomy and Physiology class. I struggle with keeping up with my work (I do online classes at my high school) as I have pretty severe ADHD but I've been getting help for that as of very recently. Only one more semester to go and then I graduate!!

T. Age I get mistaken for. - This might sound crazy lol but since I was 11/12 years old I've been mistaken for being 16-20ish and it's stayed that way since then. I guess I haven't physically aged much since middle school haha. I'm still hella short tho (´；ω；`).

U. Where I want to be right now. - Idk! I'm good with where I'm at. If this means a physical place tho, then I wanna be with my boyfriend rn lol. :)

V. Last time I cried. - Oh jeez idk. I'm not much of a crier.

Y. Do you want to go to college. - Hell ye!! If I don't become a piercer I'll def go to college. Becoming an NP requires a masters degree in nursing so I'd have to go to college for that.

Today is the final day of Birthday week! Thank you to those who have already participated in this week's activities! 

Today I don't have any specific directions for you guys, as this survey is to be done on or near a birthday! Instead, you guys can post whatever you want in the comments below! This can be about how your day was, a random picture you like, etc!

Thank you all so so much for reading and participating in my first run of Birthday Week. I was scared that this whole thing would be a dud, but it actually worked pretty well! Of course, some activities worked better for you guys than others, and I had some scheduling issues, but I still see this as an overall success! :)

This week was fun as hell and I can't wait to do more activities with you guys in the future! ♡ლ(´͈◡ુ`͈ლ)

Where do you want to go out to eat? - Since my bday has already happened, I had sushi with my family! I think I got sushi last year too haha.

Where do you usually go to get something free? - Pre-covid we'd sometimes go to a Mexican restaurant for our bday dinners (as a family haha) and they'd usually give us a free desert :).

What gifts do you want? - Makeup tbh lol. I technically got some this year but they apparently haven't arrived in the mail yet.

Who do you want to spend it with? - My family and my boyfriend! Sadly he had to work on my bday yesterday but I'm also celebrating my bday with my friends this Saturday and he'll be there! :3

If so, what do you want the theme to be? - Nah, I'm not a party-person. I usually like inviting a few friends over on/around the time of my bday and we just hang and play video games together haha.

Do you like birthdays? - I only like milestone bdays for myself but I like celebrating other people's bdays with them!

Do you like to go shopping on your birthday? - I usually do! I usually get makeup and/or some clothes. Since we're all still in quarantine tho I couldn't last year or this year (hopefully next time tho!).

What did you do for your bday last year? - For 2020 I celebrated it with my boyfriend and my family at home and this year I just celebrated it at home with my fam and video chatted with my boyfriend at the end of the day :P.

Have you ever had a themed bday party? - Prolly when I was a kid! I haven't in many years tho :). I just prefer to have a low key day with those close to me! :D
