I could not put to words how much I loved you, you couldn't pretend to whisper any words of love to me.

Behind closed doors you sat extra close, smiling extra sweetly as you whispered sweet nothings, my heart beat a little faster, my breath a little harder, my eyes a little bigger. But that only lasted a minute before you drew back, the words already slipping off your tongue.
