When I was on the wilderness program I accidentally injured my knee. When I said I need to go to hospital or at least have some first aid. I was refused both of these. I was told (and this is an actual quote of what was said to me) “Medical help is a privilege that has to be earned and you haven’t earned it “. I was forced to continue hiking despite being visibly in pain. Now I still have problems with my knee and I’ve been told that I will go on having problems with it for the rest of my life. I can walk normally but I have alot of pain and have to take pain killers most days. All because I was denied even basic first aid since I had not earned that “privilege “.

When I hurt my knee I was told that medical treatment is a privilege that I hadn’t earned

SUEEEE SUEEEEE SUE THEM SUEEEEE THAT'S HORRIBLE
I can’t personally sue them because I’m only 14. My mom is looking into the possibility of suing them on my behalf but it’s made more complicated by the fact we no longer live in the US and would have to go back there to attend the hearing. (We are both wary about doing that in case my dad has me taken by the TTI again which he could if I was in the US).
