Is it only me who gets anxiety wearing headphones in public, like i feel im being watched. I also don't like being able to hear around me while walking in places i don't know. Headphones feel like a stationary thing to me, maybe I'm just on the spectrum, thats not a joke i actually do neec to get that checked but not under this administration i will.

Yeah no I totally get what you mean but like for me it’s just like I get super anxious that like if ppl see me with headphones on they’ll automatically assume I’m like not socially available which sometimes I am? But like dude sometimes I want to talk to ppl at the same time I’m listening to music in public how’s that supposed to work

yeah,, like i have to hear the environment if I'm out in the public otherwise it's very unnerving.. what i do is i have one ear out if I'm wearing headphones
