hii everyone !!
does anyone else's medication make them unbelievably exhausted no matter when they take it?
i just upped my prozac dosage to 40mg + i take it at night... but the entire day i'm convinced i could sleep for a week. im ALWAYS tired
is this just my body not knowing how to behave when it is not in constant like fight or flight mode? or r my meds actually making me exhausted?

this happens to me aswell :( no matter how much i sleep i'm still exhausted. i can't really give advice because i'm still struggling with it, but maybe try having a set bedtime routine and not taking naps (if you do).
