create/consume

in my efforts to remain untraceable online for professional reasons, i realize that i've ceased to create at all... this saddens me 

i feel guilty when i'm not at least pretending to work (ex. "oh, lemme just watch these 2 youtube vids and then i'm back on it), so i think i just need to ban myself from cheap timewasting dopamine hits and recenter my free time to my generative hobbies. draw, paint, play the flute...maybe go on a walk? not today tho, it's raining
