Thoughts about "proshipping"

So, to get this thing started - I am profiction. I don't think censorship of ANYTHING leads to anything good, I don't believe that the fiction you consume reflects who you are as a human being. That being said, I just want to rumble about proshipping as a community or some shit, since I'm currently drunk and very bored.

First of all - my therapist thinks this is a valid coping mechanism. During the most stressful period of my life I was reading a lot of fanfiction with rape and I asked "hey, reading such things made my day-to-day live easier, but I'm scared that I was just hurting myself mentally in a long run" and she was like "it did not made you want to take advantage of people around you, no? no. then you're good to go, fiction is a place for exploring such things". So if you came to this blog post to say I'm just hurting myself - don't. I believe the person who helps me with my traumas more than a random on the net.

Second - fiction does affect reality, true, but not in a way a lot of people think. If you read incest fanfic and it made you want to fuck your sibling then I'm sorry, but the problem was always there. But on the other hand art was made to make us feel emotions. So in that way yes, it affects us. 
"B-but propaganda!" Propaganda was made specifically to believe in certain view of reality. If darkficion content is tagged properly, it does not in any way work as propaganda.

Thing I already talked about in other blog post - shipping real life people. By definition being proshipper and profiction is about what you do in FICTION. So it doesn't fall under this umbrella and honestly, I find it disgusting. For example, I was indifferent toward Shadman until I learned that he made porn of Keemstar daughter. And if you're an anti, and you do these edits that "mock proshitters" while using stock photos of REAL children and REAL adults, I find you disgusting as well. Same if you're proshipper and lust over real kids, sorry but you're a pedo.

Another point - lolicons etc. As I said, I don't care what people enjoy in fiction. But if your display name is "cunnyr4pist" and the only thing you rt is loli, despite everything I believe, I would not leave my 12 years old cousin alone with you.

Sub point to a previous one - pedophilia is a disorder. You can get help for it. As long as you never touched a child and want to change yourself, you don't deserve harassment. If you belevie otherwise - block me. (Ofc I don't mean people who groomed/molested kids, they should get castrated).

And last one - not every bad proshipper reflect the whole movement. Sure, there are people who identify with this "movement" and are pieces of shit, but there are bunch of "normal people" who are even biggest pieces of shit! One characteristic doesn't define one's person entire life and I'm tired of mfs on twitter that we are such one-dimensional creatures.

That's all my drunk mind can think of. You can call me unemployed for caring about this and you'd be correct, I am. No proof read, I'm unable to do one in such state I never know what category I should put.
