JUST FINISHED EVANGELION... AGAIN

I forgot how much Gendo pissed me off in the og eva series, and rewatching it reminded me of that lol. He was just so fucking annoying at times, acting all cool and whatnot, but in the rebuilds during the last 30-40 minutes of the last movie- thats when i actually liked him. I like how him and Shinji got their one on one yk. it was perfect to me at least

Oh and i can't forget the scenes with asuka and shinji, the parts were he actually show maturity. It was watching a baby walk, nice.

All in all- im gonna keep coming back to evangelion, its my comfort series if that makes sense
