I miss when ur birthday felt like ur birthday

its my b-day today, happy birthday to me

but it doesn't feel like it.

as a kid I would be soo exited the night before that I couldn't sleep but now I go to sleep hoping nobody forgot or hoping that I wont be miserable. (or that anyone else wont be miserable)

it kinda hurts bc now it feels like no1 cares or pays attention, like oh look shes growing up! she's gonna be even more bratty and have a bigger attitude now! 

I wish it wasn't like this, now everyday the celebration of my birthday is delayed, and I feel bad for complaining bc they're doing the best they can but I want to care about my own feelings for a little bit. :/
