dear diary,
it's currently 02/06/2025, i cant believe we're already halfway through the year it feels UNREAL. life has been very, very interesting for me recently. i made new friends! and i went to comic con and met many lovely people and bought tons of merch which made me happy!
this is a very important year for me, im going through some of the biggest changes in my life so far with going to university, turning 18, and experiencing things i never thought i would. 14 year old me didn't think i would still be here TBH so things feel very unexpected hahahha.... anyways, i have 2 really close friends who i cherish alot, but i feel scared that it's going to slip away from me so quickly. i dont know if i can ever get rid of that fear, and i hate that i get so attached to things so easily! it's such a pain! but at the very least, ill enjoy it while it lasts. i hope this summer lasts forever.
also, i kinda became a furry lol. wish me luck making a fursuit this summer!
if you've gone through big life changes like this, how did you cope with it? i've always struggled with change.

Change is a really scary thing, but I think not changing is scarier. The idea of sitting where you are forever, until it eats away at you. It's an easier fear to deal with in the moment, but I think it's worse if you let it grow.
You've got an amazing soul and it's lucky you're letting it see so so many things, even if they're not always the nicest they could be. Keep smiling for me, Chennie, because not being afraid to keep seeing what's next on life's path is what we gotta believe in!
