The best speaker in our class

Date: 22 may 2025 

I was gonna write something yesterday but hey space was down. But I’m really glad I didn’t cs today I got only good things to talk abt (or almost only good things). I had my presentation in social science about world conflicts in the morning, and I got a lot of praise on how my presentation looked. Even tho praise on the content of my presentation would’ve been better I still didn’t even expect any praise at all except maybe a “good job” that teachers give out to everyone. Not only did my classmates agree with the teacher but my teacher also said that it was the best looking presentation so far. After this I felt pretty relieved that it was over but not fully relaxed since I had another presentation in the afternoon.

My afternoon presentation was in English class, it was abt the internets usefulness as a tool for when u are learning English. I don’t even remember how it was when I was standing there cs I kinda blacked out and just did it subconsciously I think. But afterwards my teacher told me I got a B on it and some stuff that could’ve been better, and that wasn’t great I guess but then she told me something that made my day. She said I was the BEST speaker in our class, and one of THE BEST speakers she’s had in her classes. 

I’ve always wanted to be a good speaker. Though I’m kinda shy and get pretty nervous when I have to talk in front of a lot of ppl, I’ve always found it very fascinating how some ppl can captivate an audience and keep their attention. Some people just radiate this aura that gives u the feeling that what they are saying is important and u need to listen cs u don't wanna miss out. They sound so confident and assured when they speak it’s inspiring. Anyways that’s why I was so happy to hear my teacher tell me that. What’s even more incredible is that I was the best tho I hid behind a chair when presenting, I needed it for support but afterwards I realized that I don’t think the chair was as necessary as I thought. 

Anyway so I’m glad, I’m done with my English class, done with my social science class, and all I got left is one more presentation in natural science class and one test in Spanish class but then I’m free.
