Press Your Lips to the Sculptures and Surely You'll Stay
December has arrived. I have a tradition that I have been doing since high school, and it is that every December, I binge listen to AFI's DECEMBERUNDERGROUND. It was one of my most listened to albums back then. In fact it was listened to so much, that the CD I played started to skip. It went through many discman before I had to retire the CD itself. Oh yeah, back in high school I didn't have an iPod. My parents weren't cool like that. And it wasn't cause we couldn't afford one. In fact, I had an iPod Nano (that I still have) that my parents would CONSTANTLY ground me from. So I was pretty old school, I had to use a discman that I bought from Radioshack. They never really lasted long. They always eventually broke somehow, and constantly needed new batteries for it, which was kinda expensive, cause I was almost always listening to it all day at school. I'm so glad I don't have to worry about carrying this object everywhere that was too big for my pockets.
Now I am probably gonna do a daily blog starting on 12/21 with a song from DECEMBERUNDERGROUND in order. It is a debate whether to include the non-US and bonus tracks too. What do you guys think? The album is pretty long when you include ALL of the songs from all release versions.
