Final Year Project Idea?

I'm almost at my time where we have to start planning about our final year project animation. I have an idea to be inspired by the "One day I will grow wings" metaphor and my own experience of being closeted.

Does anyone have any idea of how to convey it into a short 5-7+ minutes animation? The ending will be implied su1cide for the "Death" metaphor, I wonder how to fit it all in one short story.

I'll also do a spotify playlist with songs that will go with the story's vibe ngl.
