Spoiler alert… this went VERY bad. o_0
So… dad has always been the one to teach me things like fighting, self defense, how to use guns, how to defend yourself from predators with firearms or sharp objects. I guess that’s why I’m more like dad than mom.
I’ve been learning how to shoot with a rifle with him for months (almost a year I think) and I did pretty great. I know how to hold it while standing, aiming it while standing or sitting on the floor, I even know how to reload ammo and what type of ammo is used for it. Dad said I’d be a great sniper. (I LUV IT!!) >_<
Today, I was bored and wanted to practice shooting (without ammo btw) with dad’s rifle, so I walked to my parent’s bedroom and both mom and dad were there. I asked for a rifle from dad and he didn’t bother at all so I took it. Mom was curious but also scared, she kept telling me that dad already sold all the guns but I was already grabbing his rifle box. Mom watched me opened it and took the rifle out, and she started freaking out. Dad finally told her that we’ve been training for so many times now. I thought she might not trust me so I aimed and shot for her (she did not like that…)
Mom started arguing with dad and I left the room with a rifle to my room. I guess we’re TOO calm about this… dad’s going to get in trouble now… sorry dad. ㅠㅡㅠ“

For anyone who’s worrying. I practice in my room and aim to the window when there’s nobody around so I won’t scare anyone. And no, there’s no ammo inside the rifle, I tell my dad everything before I use it so he can check if there’s any ammo left inside the rifle. Everything is safe. <3
you NEVER aim a gun at somebody, even if it isnt loaded. thats like, rule one of gun safety. unless you fully intend to shoot, NEVER NEVER NEVER aim a gun at somebody. youd better apologize to your mom and get that thru your head REAL quick

Hey.. ;-; I couldn't read comments so I didn't see this one. Thank you so much for your concern Q_Q. I did apologize to my mom, but she hated the thought of a girl using firearms, so my parents argued and I didn't eat that day as punishment. About safety, I can confirm you that my dad and I were VERY careful (Dad came to my room to check multiple times and we tried to keep it as safe as it could be. I do know about not pointing it at people, I made sure dad taught me ANYTHING I needed to know just enough for him to trust me with his gun). Nobody was harmed and everything was all fine. Again, thank you so much for your concern T_T
