few things feel truly real to me now and it's a bit odd! of course im having a fun time and indulging in my hobbies and smoking up a blast often, but none of it feels quite real at all. it just feels like my reality has shifted ever so slightly out of place since last year, and I haven't figured out how to shift it back to where it was. sometimes it feels like im living in a separate dimension entirely. sometimes i feel like im a changeling, and i just dont know it.
it just doesn't feel like any of this is right. maybe ive just been dreaming. this could just be mania. it feels like if i look a little harder into it my entire reality will collapse and ill wake up in a hospital bed or something. maybe i shouldn't think about it, then. just let it feel a little off. it's probably just my brain doing things. this level of derealisation is a bit new to me. i hope im not like this forever.

maybe this is just u actually changing, life doesnt ever stay the same.
hm. i dont think its necessarily change related, but i guess it could be! its more like my perception of reality itself feels off, if you get what i mean. if you know the story about that guy with the lamp that looked out of place, it feels a little bit like that.

doing a lot of physical tasks helps me stop disossiating so much e.g crafts. Maybe it could help you too
that's true! maybe i just need to get back into the gym again honestly, ive been so busy with uni i haven't been able to find the time to really take care of myself.

Real, don't pressure yourself to go tho. This time of year is the worst when you're a student (at least for us in the UK, I realised I don't acc know where your from)

i actually just wrapped up my semester yesterday so i probably don't have anything better to do but to go anyways!! but you're totally right lol i was fighting for my life trying to hustle on my assignment deadlines just two days ago
