do any other gym rats just compulsively want to go to the gym at the most unconventional times to do so?
Like I'm bored as hell and want to go work out at the Planet Fitness near my house, but my mom's making dinner right now, and it's raining, so I can't really go anywhere at the moment. I tried doing a few pushups, but honestly I just had no idea what the fuck i was doing, so :p
Luckily though, I have an appointment with my trainer tomorrow, so I can still get my workout routine in then :D
I might try out one of those old 80s workout routines for women if I run out of ideas, but in the meantime, does anyone have any ideas on workouts I can do at home? (I'm mainly focusing on my chest)
