So far, so good (trigger warning: eating disorder)

For clarification: I am NOT anorexic, I eat too much instead

I haven't eaten anything in likely more than 24 hours already, which I'm definitely proud of. I decided to try fasting over the weekend to really cleanse my body and mind and to start fresh on monday again. I actually always wanted to create a habit of fasting on saturdays and sundays, but considering the lack of discipline I possess, it was no wonder that I didn't stick to that idea. So far so good I guess, but this is really testing my mental strength. My stomach has been rumbling the whole day which makes sense since my body is used to receiving huge amounts of food daily. I actually do feel hungry for once and I'm sure that what I'm craving is infact food and not just the taste, but despite that I really want to test if I can make it until tomorrow evening. Giving up this easily would be ridiculous
