Guitar practie

I'm practicing guitar rn and omfg is so BORINGGGGG >A<

I keep messing up chords and I still haven't figured out how to switch between chords fast enough to actually play a song (I'm about 3 weeks into practice)

maybe I need to invest in one of those 3d printed chord pressers that have the chords engraved on them and all you'd have to do is press on the specific chord and strum it, I think I might be struggling because I'm not putting enough pressure on the strings and sometimes go on the bridges by accident (fucking lack of coordination..), but if anyone has better advice please lmk because I'm worried this is gonna kill my hyperfixiation, and my parents are gonna be pretty upset if it does die off
