i want cool clothes HELP MEEE

I have no thrift stores close to me but I study next to a whole ass mall with no alternative stores, I know how to sew and have needle and thread to use, I just have no idea of what to do to make my clothes look nice last long enough.

I love wearing low waist and flared jeans, shirts can be oversized or skin tight, I like both. Graphic tees are a yes and I only have two pairs of all stars and some platform boots.

I like the 2000's style, not showing too much but enough to be interesting. Speaking of that, I don't wear skirts.

I lack accessories, I only have a black belt, some diy'd studded bracelets and 5 or 6 pairs of earrings. I have a peircing though, a vertical labret.

Give me some ideas of what to do to improve my style pleaseeee.

Idk what style you're exactly wanting to go for but if you want more accessories then I have a few things.
For pants:
- try sewing patches on them
- get a second belt that hangs loosely
- get a chain from the DIY/Hardware-Store and connect to your belt so it's hanging from the side
- something I also saw people do is cut their pants and add chains wherever they liked, so you could do the too if you feel like it

Jackets:
- try to bleach patterns into it (also works for hoodies)
-i have a DIY jacket which has a spider-web pattern made out of chains which have their ends sewed to the jacket, so you could try that too but just be careful about the weight of the chains
- Patches, yet again

T-shirts:
I can only really recommend Tees from bands you like and etc, else I'd also just say wear your t-shirt over your hoodie or pullover

Hope it helps <3
