Last day of deload week. I didn't really do much thinking for this one. I didn't even do an extensive warm up. Just some quick stretching and the calf raises.
I guess we'll see how successful the deload was after the rest days.
I have not been very successful with putting down calories or sleeping this week. Next week I will make an effort to be different.
