45. Heavy Arms (Deload)

nimi nightmare


Last day of deload week. I didn't really do much thinking for this one. I didn't even do an extensive warm up. Just some quick stretching and the calf raises. 

I guess we'll see how successful the deload was after the rest days.

I have not been very successful with putting down calories or sleeping this week. Next week I will make an effort to be different.

25lb all, 20lb all. Did the work but I felt weak, this is why I am deloading.


Bent Over Row 2x10 

Drop 2x6 

25lb all, 20lb all. No major movement here. Back feels good. May add reps soon.


Super Set 3x10

(Curls to shoulder press

Hammer Curl to tricep kickback 

Bench Dips)

15lb for all. I am ready for more weight!


Lateral Raises 2x10

15lb 5 reps 10lb 5 reps, 10lb


Reverse Flies 2x10

10lb 10lb


Curls 2x To Taste
