Day 21 of collecting a vig from you. Fuck you, pay me

I got distracted... I was reading. Yesterday I read a whole book of 52 pages but still I took notes and shir so it took longer. Letters to a Young Poet by Rainer Maria Rilke was the name. So i didn't write a blog Yesterday sorry. I almost fell into the same trap today with a different book which we'll get into... believe you me... we will. Oh shit i missed something! Damn! Well there's always tomorrow or whenever I find the time. For now though, let's get started. I'm still exhausted. 

Cards - the heart of the cards or something something yu gi oh. I did very little practice while watching morning cartoons. Only about 20 minutes when an hour is the recommended time. I learned the Hindu shuffle. I actually might practice more after this while I watch my night time television. The Hindu shuffle is actually easy, yk I've always wanted to learn it but I never knew how as a kid. NOW i do though! 

Exercise//Health - I've been taking this very seriously as of late because I'm worried about getting too fat. I don't know why this is such a concern for me, like i don't mind when other people are... ohhh it's just the classic 'it's cool unless it's me' thing where for some reason I give myself scrutiny for something and encourage that behavior in others. Anyway yeah, i did some exercise, I have a core workout and a glute workout I do and then I do some walking on the spot to keep my legs awake. Then my diet for the day was okay, I don't actually care too much about it. I try to opt for healthier food but it's really not healthy for a fella like me to give my diet too much thought. 

Language Learning - so I just got to the top of the duolingo leader board when I hit an 80 day streak as well as completing the first section of Spanish... so how's your day? Duolingo doesn't matter though but I do see my Spanish improving. I can take context clues and piece things together now. 71 day streak with my streak partner, I've never been this committed and it's genuinely all because of my streak partner! Like they're the nicest ever and all I think is I can't let them down, I can't let them down. I will never! Mark my words! Even on day 20 the worst day when I had no power, I didn't let it die. Oh i watched a Spanish vlog where this woman did an apartment tour. I didn't realize it was one until she said bano which is bathroom and I was like oh I know that! 

Writing - My writing goal wasn't reached but whatever, i was really tired today. I haven't gotten back to my story in a while either. Damn. I've decided to take the Lil b approach and just go ham with it. Put my all into writing like he does with music. There are actually some rappers out there with like 100+ albums in only a few years like Lil b has been in it since 09 and he has over 80 albums, I counted 96 actually. He's still going at it too! I need that attitude for my writing. Maybe it's paranoia speaking. I think about death a lot these days for some reason... hamlet but whatever yeah maybe subconsciously I'm scared that I won't die with something to be proud of and I don't plan on dying I'm just like yk that what if looms over me. I'll keep writing though.

Reading - AHHH FINALLY! Finished Malcolm X BOOM finished Letters to a Young Poet BOOM in one sitting BOOM started motorcycle diaries and that book is amazing. There's such a strong sense of adventure in there. You can tell these two men they just love to travel. It's also like leftist reading material apparently and that's cool. I was like "ik it's che Guevara but how is this leftist?" Then he started talking about how the system makes it so the poor die due to illness and he really did care a lot about that. He visited an old woman with asthma and gave her some medicine because she couldn't afford it. 

Also reading the odyssey. Great so far. A little confused but solely because I don't know these guys and it's been so long since I've read a classic... feels good actually! I can't lie. I'm so overjoyed to be reading a classic again. Damn. I'm going ham with reading too btw!

Damn i got so excited! I thought I found my favorite niche booktoker on twitter. She posts like once every month and it's usually a long reading recap and she has a nice voice. There's also my goat, Emmie on YouTube. She's so nice to watch. I should just list my favorite book tubers because I'm VERY picky with that. I don't like that book tube and booktok leans so consumerist yk he who has the most books rules the land type shit. Anyway give me some time for that. I've got something I'm working on...

Learning - im taking too much time! I wanna watch my TV show!!! Dammit! I read the news as usual and we all know the pope died. How did you find out? I found out because I follow this one dude on twitter and he has never posted anything truthful in his entire life, I can assure you. I love him though, he makes me laugh so he posted about the pope dying and I didn't believe him but I looked it up and it was true! I've also been following that case of a man who was wrongfully deported. A lot of them have been but they're getting backlash for this one so I want to see how it pans out and wishful thinking Here but i hope they face some consequences for that. I read an article about love and Greek philosophy but I can't stomach that, it's so boring. I tried! I need to though ughhgg I'll try To eventually not today though.

Media - I watched the fly today! Very gross, I'm glad i wasn't eating but I LOVE this movie. I LOVE cronenberg though I need to watch more. It almost made me vomit by the way. Man, I love the movie. It's putting a smile on my face! Like it's gross but its so soo painfully 80s and just that period is comforting to me. 

I watched Venture Bros, two episodes! Very good! I loved it. I like Brock and Dr. Girlfriend especially and I just love that era

I watched some Always Sunny too! A basketball episode and one about boxing where dee and Charlie got addicted to steroids but the basketball one was the funniest! Watch The Gang Gives Back immediately!

Rambles - what to Ramble about... hmmmmmmm have you guys seen those horse races people are obsessed with! I want in lowkey! I may become invested because I like the community surrounding it. Like people draw fanart and shit! It's fun! I love it when people have fun like that, shits awesome. But idk shit about these poorly drawn horses. I wanna know though. This is like horse betting for neurodivergent individuals and that's cool.
