why does it have to stain onto white pillowy fabric ?
why does it have to rain when I've put on my best
why does it have to seep that deep into skin ?
why does the rain fall onto me today
why does my hair get drenched
why was i standing so long in the rain for this to even happen ?
why must the rain be so discreet
why must no one else have seen
the violent rain which toils down
and down
down
down
why does no one believe me when i say it rained?
why did it even rain at all, that day?
