I had an addiction to working out!! Kind of lost in in February and have been trying to get that feeling back ever since
just started back going to the gym consistently. I ran for 7 minutes straight without a break which for me and my asthma that’s really good (I used to only be able to do 5 minutes and then start wheezing lol)
I’m confident that my body will be thanking me soon but for now I’m sooooo sore after hitting arms yesterday and legs the day before
