🎧All The Things She Said💿

Synchronicity is so weird. When I was growing up t. A. T. u.’s ‘All the Things She Said’ as well as a few other of their songs were ones that I really enjoyed. I first heard their music on YouTube and I think I remember watching a music video or two. I knew vaguely that they were associated with lesbians because of a music video(?). I would grow up to be a Lesbian Disaster. I wasn’t aware that they were Russian at the time, another synchronicity as part of my dad’s family is Russian. The duo released an album on my birthday in 2008. There’s another one! However, the thing that really stood out to me as I was reading their Wikipedia page last night was that one of the women is named Julia Volkova. The only other time I’ve seen that last name anywhere is for the character that I created and have been hyper-fixating on since I came up with her concept last year. It’s funny how much you can learn from one Wikipedia page. I wish our teachers didn’t discredit Wikipedia as a source all the time when we were growing up. I don’t know if anyone else will find all this stuff interesting but I wanted to yap about it.
