movies recently ((that i watched)) and thoughts ((on the movies))

just doing some movie review 'review"

not a professional review at all,, just some random 17yo teenage girl talkin about the things he is ((or isn't !!)) interested in

By ''recently'' it is around within a month

!! Also warning for spoilers of the movies,, and mentions of violence and horror but not in detail

ok lett s go !!!

Night of the Living Dead ((1968))

It was an entertaining watch,, I think that it was a good movie even if the characters didn't do the things i wanted them to but that is okay because  very few can live up to the expectation s you hold them to. I think it's very good for a horror movie night,, fills you with a sense of dread but leaves you fieling satisfied by the end of the movie ,, even if the ending isn't really a 'happy ending.' You can still get some sort of feeling of ''closure' with it.

I like seeing how the film can show how different types of people will respond to  a situation beyond their control,, how humans will react to survive. It might seem stupid what horror characters do,, but if put in the same situation,, it'd be super ridiculous to expect myself to do better than that.

I find it interesting how the zombies were suspected to be caused by radiation ,, it seems reflective of how then,, everyone was in fear of the nuclear bombing during the war.

Judge ((2013))

I think it was a good movie. Not SPECTACULAR,, but I think it was a good watch!!! I read the manga a few years(?) ago i think,, and I was surprised to see that not all of the plot points from the source material were included.

I don't rlly wanna see the movie as a direct remake of the manga,, but as it's own thing based off of it. + i don't really think there is a 'better' version,, it's good enough to just enjoy both medias seperately,,

i like the twist and story in the manga,, and the themes and motives in the movie. both r good in their own way ^^b

Similar to Night of The Living Dead,, it made me think again on how different people will react when given a desperate situation. I find it interesting!!! ((very))

Like animals,, in the end,, humans are a type of animal right ? When you're hovered over a pot of boiling water,, it's instinctive to run away. like crab.

The point of seeing the characters as 'good' or 'bad' is unimportant because they all committed a crime,, to varying degrees. So I don't want to speak on if those reactions to the threat of death are right or wrong.

By the viewers,, wanting to paint one guy as a 'hero' or 'antagonist',, with that,, we become the 'Judge* too ? idk where I'm going with this xp.

Anyways it was a nice movie. I could see it gaining more traction if it were produced as a series :33 that would b potentially super cool !!! It'd definitely be duper cool to see how they'd be able to incorporate more of the plot points from the manga into the movie as well

The only real complaint i have about this movie is that there isn't a series LOL. It feels like it'd do well as one of those ALTER  14 or 15ish minute long 6 or 7 episode mini series.

House of 1000 corpses ((2003))

Not really my peice of cake. I was skipping over ((like fast forwarding)) some parts,, because the whole thing just felt like I was being strapped to a chair,, but not really strapped to the chair. Like someone put a sign on a chair that said ''when you sit here you will get hit with a hammer'' and then you're curious so you sit on it and get hit by a hammer and sigh like 'what did i expect ?'

It's pretty eeughegghh with the gore and horror,, but to me it feels like they just thought of the most crude and gruesome stuff and put it in for the sake of being provocative and shocking

also i was super surprised to see the actor for Dwight (? i think)) from the office there. I was liks ''huh i know this guy'' and i was right it was the office guy.

There r definitely other horror movies i enjoy more,, but i feel like this would b a good horror movie for those types of people who watch horror to see who's the first person to back out from watching blood and guts and generally disgusting things.

It's the type of horror which promises you ''here is some scary and fucked up stuff to make you scared'' and gives you it.

As a person who more likes ''here is some scary stuff that makes you feel helpless and think about yourself and your life and the people around you and feel fear'' again,, it's just not my peice of cake. It has an audience it caters to and I'm not it.

Not something I'd watch again ,, not something I'm personally interested in. The ending made me feel like bleh :/

The Odd Family: Zombie on Sale ((i can't remember :((

this is like my 4th time watching this movie i rlly like it :33

it's not AMAZING AND LIFE CHANGING buttttttttttt it issssss very funny and fun to watch :>

idk it's just a feel good zombie movie where the characters r likeable and it's just like yay yipee :D

As it's a zombie movie ,, it's not safe from blood and gore,, but it is great !! I don't think there r any scene s where i am particularly uncomfortable with it,, maybe because i watched it a few times already but still it's not really that bad

i like the movie :3

I will def try 2 do more of these movie review thingies because i LOVE yapping about what i find interesting in something i watched LOL. even if i may not b able 2 analyse from many perspectives,, i like to give what thoughts and insight i have :33

ok by bye thankyuou fro for reading !!!!!! <3
