oh! thats a panic attack!

so my friend accidently added my ex gf to a discord serve they made cuz they thought it was my profile :D. i don't blame them in the slightest for making that mistake tbh. the reason they were still on each others friend lists was cuz we were all in a server at one point and since they didn't interact much outside it, they never thought to unfriend each other. i didn't even realize that could be a possibility either. so oops, that led to me having a panic attack and calling my friend in a panic to ask them to remove them :'D i don't even know why i freaked out so bad to begin with, we haven't interacted since 2021.
