Original Character Ioseph Williams

He is a remake/redesign of an original character I created within an hour for my first and only D&D one-shot. Details are below,

His name is Ioseph Tierra-Williams. Nicknamed Ponyboy. He is 21 years old. He was born in a rural area to a mother, whose husband ran away soon after Williams was born.

William's mother was a workaholic who provided the basic needs and emphasized the importance of money. On her days off, she lectured Ioseph for hours on the evil spirit within mankind. Ponyboy did not speak until he was 4, and would say as little as necessary. He preferred nature over mankind and it's creations. He would leave from school during breaks to play in the forest. He would adopt various small animals and take care of them, rather than befriend people, for the magical quality of nature was more enjoyable. He struggled in school, and his mother decided to motivate him to achieve with physical abuse, differential reinforcement, and tough love, hoping he'd get into a University in the Big Nation. He dropped out of school at 14.

His mother did not enjoy or condone his way of living. He continued to collects insects, reptiles, and amphibians, and would leave for a day or two for the forest. When he was gone, his mom would eat, sell, or use them as punching bags, deeming it only fair. At 18, he brought home an orphaned foal named Jah. Ms. Williams hated that Ponyboy only had room in his heart for what's "useless". She grew even more distant and stopped talking to Ioseph. A few months later, she shot and killed Jah. When Ioseph seeked her comfort, she lectured him for his emotional distress, his inability to lock in, and how abnormal he is. Ioseph Tierra-Williams killed his mother that night with a shovel. He took some clothes, some money, Jah's skin, some of Jah's tail, Jah's head, and ran for the forest. Ioseph is no magician, but can preserve the state of Jah's head with a magic circle and a lengthy incantation, which he occasionally will wear to honor his memory. Occasionally, he preserves himself when he anticipates that he'll go a while without food.

At 20, he begins to understand the value of society, or the value other people have in improving his life. He becomes a wandering salesman. He mimics other salesmen, copying their words, tone, facial expressions, and mannerisms to maximize success. He finds it smoother to communicate when he does what everyone else is doing, for his way of communication isn't loved by most clients. Anything is profitable, but he often sells iron nails, wire, rare coins, paintbrushes, and physical labor. Ioseph doesn't love or hate anybody, for nobody made him feel as happy as Jah did and nobody makes him feel as angry as his mother did. Most of his relationships are one-sided and superficial, for everyone he meets cares about economics when he truly does not. Outside of work, he interacts with people in a way that is the most legal and least social.
