It looks like I'll be changing VoIP providers in the next while. The one I have now is in the US (I'm in Canada), and the exchange rate is outrageous.
The new place has an introductory offer for the first year, with a 30 day money back guarantee. After the first year, the price goes up $20. With the regular price of the new one, compared to the current one, I'd be saving about $131 a year.
I'd be plain DUMB not to change providers.

The deed is done. The new VoIP provider is picked and paid. Now to wait for a piece of equipment.
The new VoIP provider is now the only provider. The telephone adapter for the old place is in the mail for return. Now it's a matter of waiting to see what happens next.

Apparently I'll be getting the adapter back because it's outside the 45 day return period. They could have said that earlier, saving me the time and money to send it back.
