33. Heavy Arms

2b and 9s, I have never played this game.


I felt weaker today. I struggled to reach the same weights I did last time. I'm not sure what happened. 

I am improving at bracing my core. I didn't have any issues with that this time. I am worried about my calorie intake. I am plateauing at 117ish. I need to find a way to gain more weight.
