Hello! I went hard. Adding more reps to bench press is going well. I should probably increase them to 15 but I'll do that next time.
I am thinking about getting creatine again. It worked ok last time but I never got into a rhythm with it.
Some time soon I need to max out every exercise. I have not pushed myself that hard yet.
I want to get to 328lb bench press because that's how much 2b weighs and I need an arbitrary long term goal.
Need to get a weight cage and a barbell. Hoping to find a weight set at a give away store.
Also I need to start seriously bulk again. I believe that the key will be eating 5 meals instead of the two to one with snacks I am eating now. I will start meal prepping tomorrow.

maybe replace bench dips? they are not very effective anymore
