LEGS AND CORE

Went ok. I am able to jump significant higher. The squats and jumping squats are doing work. My core is much stronger as well. 

The squats are very effective. Nothing changed from last time. I'm still weaker than I used to be when I used a barbell at a gym. Good form is everything and thanks to the core work I have been doing I had no pain issues.

I am feeling good about the swimming supermans. My back is much stronger and it is having a very positive effect on my life.

I need to change the planks to a different exercise. It's not that they don't work but I believe that I can find a more intense exercise for this slot. Looking it up, medicine ball slam looks like a fun workout I would enjoy doing. I do not own a medicine ball but I have a very heavy weighted blanket. I'll give it a try and see if this is an effective replacement. Also flutter kicks.

Jumping Squats 2x10

(no weight, I like this better as a bodyweight exercise)


Bike or Squats 2x10

(Squats, 10 reps of 50, need more weight)


Swimming Superman 2x15

(add another set of this soon)


Plank 2x 1 minute

(I need to find a replacement for this, it's fine but there are better core exercises.)


Single Arm Farmer Carry 2x1 Minute 

(Amazing, my grip strength is good but today I started losing grip toward the end of the second set. Nothing to worry about, probably just able to grip harder than before so I fatigued quicker.)
