Keeps coming back to this pine in my garden! Love this guy.
Beautiful Plume Moth (Amblyptilia acanthadactyla)
Thursday (Mar 20th)

Bro really said T. Wish it was still there when I came back with my camera, but as the name suggests, they are beautiful, especially the wings
Coleroa robertiani
Thursday (Mar 20th)

Some nice little spots of fungus infecting a Cardamine (Bittercress) leaf
White Slug Mite (Riccardoella oudemansi))
Thursday (Mar 20th)
Always love seeing these! Brilliant little parasites of slugs, though a real pain to photograph/video
Grass Fly (Lonchoptera sp.)
Saturday (Mar 15th)

Liftoff!
Pied Wagtail (Motacilla alba)
Saturday (Mar 22nd)

Ruler of the lightposts
Long-tailed Tit (Aegithalos caudatus)
Saturday (Mar 22nd)

Check out the nesting material! Absolutely beautiful, shame the skies were grey, would look amazing with a nicer blue...
Saturday (Mar 22nd)

Yes, this is a moss! Looks like a field of tulips though under the macro... Absolutely stunning fruiting bodies though
Mining Bee (Andrena sp.)
Saturday (Mar 22nd)

Aaaaaaa!!! Finally seeing these amazing solitary bees returning from their lives underground. This is a male, making it incredibly hard to ID, but amazing nonetheless.
Cucumber Spiders (Genus Araniella)
Saturday (Mar 22nd)

More used to seeing these in green than pink! Incredible. Quite a clever one too, set up its web across the flower of a Daffodil
Mite (Subclass Acari)
Sunday (Mar 23rd)

On the back end of a millipede! Not sure what sort they are, but I love these hitchhikers
Entomobrya albocincta
Sunday (Mar 23rd)

Haven't seen one of these in my garden for a while! Now they've skyrocketed in population, absolutely loads of them.
Rat Tailed Maggot (Family Syrphidae)
Sunday (Mar 23rd)

Actually the larva of a hoverfly, some of my favourite flies, though in this form they are pretty bloody scary, even for me. Massive too!

Another quality week!!
I really enjoy your macro photography, that moss looks amazing! I might have to see if I can find my old macro phone lens, it was fun taking pictures when I did it.
Thank you for the update, I eagerly awaiting your next update! (And I really mean it, I enjoy your observations greatly and they bring me much joy. Thank you for your time and effort.)
I've been working with a macro clipon for my phone since around December, just for when I don't have my camera on me, some of them are definitely great! Have a photo or two taken with mine for the next entry - as a forewarning, taken of subjects ranging violently from incredibly beautiful, to complete WTF territory for the uninitiated
