I think i have PPD

i did research on paranoid personality disorder and holy shit, im like 80% sure thats me.. Ive always known i was paranoid about things but jesus i feel it so much right now. My friend was just over and now i feel like theres cameras everywhere and hes showing it to people and that hes telling everyone all of the shit i said. I cant breathe and ive been crying and apologizing to "him" for almost an hour now.

i cant stand it, i feel like everyone is trying to hurt me but i cant do anything about it and i feel so gross because i know im making shit up...

I feel the same way, PPD sounds like me. Also the feeling of cameras being everywhere is 100% true and valid. You are being constantly monitored and tracked 24/7, your smartphone is always listening and always recording everything and your phone carrier is always listening to your phone calls and reading your SMS messages. They monitor your location and they always know where you are and most likely sell that information to 3rd parties. Your phones operating system is created by a literal ad company if you use android but iOS is no better. They're always collecting data about you and every single app you install is spyware that collects data about you and also sells it to third parties. Even if you cover the camera and disable the microphone it can still track you through ultrasonic cross device tracking through the speaker, there was an experiment where someone sent an image between two laptops with just earbuds with it. The only way to stop your smartphone from doing those things is to get a smartphone that is able to flash different operating system and install an free and open source OS and physically desolder the speaker, camera, microphone and not use a sim card and use it with WIFI only and communicate with things like XMPP and use earbuds with a microphone if you need to call someone.

Phones aren't the only devices that spy on you. Modern smart TV's are doing the same thing as smartphones so your best choice is to you an old TV with cable.

Computers aren't safe either because windows and mac os are spyware since apple and microsoft are a part of the PRISM government surveillance program and even if you install a freedom respecting OS like GNU+Linux then there's the government spyware backdoor Intel Management Engine in the processor if you have an intel cpu or Platform Security Processor if you have an amd cpu which are microprocessors in the main processor in your computer running the 32 bit MINIX OS which has full unrestricted control over your computer and can log your keystrokes and has access to your RAM and can see everything that you're doing and your ISP is always monitoring your internet activity 24/7. The only way you can prevent from those things from happening is to either use a computer made before 2008 since most of them don't have Intel ME, getting an old an thinkpad and installing the libreboot BIOS replacement which disables ME or a privacy linux laptop/desktop from companies like framework/tuxedo/system76 that have ME disabled by default which is your preferable option. To stop your ISP from spying on you, your best choice would be to use TOR for everything but it can be slower and retarded websites (example spacehey) blocks TOR so there's also an option of TRUSTED VPN's which I would recommend riseup or calyx. Avoid VPN's like proton or literally anything else since they are spyware and worse than an ISP since if you move homes or stay at someone's house your ISP wouldn't be able to monitor you but a spyware VPN would be able to monitor you everywhere so be cautious about that.

Modern cars are basically smartphones on wheels, they're all connected to the internet and track you and most of them actually have sim cards inside them so obviously just like the TV you use an old one without the spyware technology.

Honestly just avoid modern tech as much as possible and never buy anything smart that connects to the internet when it logically shouldn't like a printer or dishwasher or a fucking trash can or any IoT device.
