26. Legs and Core

I tried replacing lunges with squats and turning the jumping squats into a bodyweight exercise. It was very effective. I have not squatted heavy in awhile so it was actually pretty difficult. Luckily I am pretty experienced in doing squats with a barbell so I was able to activate the correct muscles and protect my back. 

The swimming superman's have been paying off. My back is much stronger than before. I assume the Bent over rows are contributing as well to this.

Jumping Squats 2x10


Bike or Squats 2x10


Swimming Superman 2x15


Plank 2x 1 minute


Single Arm Farmer Carry 2x1 Minute
