Late night cook!! +update on blog

Finally after a long while, I DECIDED TO MAKE MYSELF SOMETHING GOOD! >:D

I don't know if I deserve it, but I've been tired for a while. You know what's the worst part is? I CAN'T LOG IN MY BITVIEW ANYMORE!!!  ( つ﹏╰) 


But it's alright, I'll just post on Youtube more. And if there's my face in the video, I will only give access to people who come from the SpaceHey blog. I'm really happy to write blogs again, and I will keep working hard! (‐^▽^‐)



Anyways...

I made Tofu egg soup, and fried seaweed wrapped pork! along with pickled ginger and sliced cucumbers. ≧◡≦


♥ Recipe for Tofu egg soup.

-Tofu

-Egg

-seasoning (I use Shoyu)

-water (obviously)

You cut tofu into small cubes then add to boil in a pot/pan and leave it to boil in. After a while or when the tofu is starting to be cooked, crack an egg into the pot of water and tofu; then keep stirring until the egg mix with water. Let it boil until the egg harden up and separate from the soup and it's done!


★ Recipe for Fried seaweed wrapped pork.

-Grind pork

-Egg (just little bit to keep the pork together when fry it)

-seasoning (I only use pepper but you can add anything you want)

-seaweed papers 


Mix grind pork with seasonings and little bit of egg mix together before wrap the pork mixture in seaweeds. When done, fry them in a pan on medium heat (you can use any oil or butter or even bake it, but I use olive oil). Done!


I also made a video too! It was so much fun and very exciting XD. (pretty scary to be honest)
