Day 10 of listening out for smoke alarm chirps

Uhh I missed two days... listen I'm not mentally well. I feel so so sooo terrible. Damn university that I'm not even attending but ughgvg I'm yearning!!! The yearns, it eats me from inside oht. Ahhhhhhhhhhhh help!! Help!! Someone help!!! Ahhhh!!!!!!!!!! I don't want tobtalk about it though. I just ughhggb.

Anyway, I asked YOU to give me topics. And you delivered. Before we start, I've always wanted a call in talk show like I don't watch any tbh. I've only seen rawtime and I love Tiff but that show was kinda gross. They just exposed some girl to like crude remarks for entertainment. I miss the world of call in talk shows. Skye mentioned there's one where these guys called in for advice or something and the hosts would like listen and if they heard a smoke alarm chirp, they'd joke about it or whatever. It has become very synonymous with black people for some reason because white people think black people are lazy or whatever. But lemme rock your mind rq. The smoke detector chirp is a sign you should check up on someone. It is not a sign of laziness as much as it is a sign of depression. Not the smoke detector itself but like if they're used to it.

That sounds absurd but like trust me on this one. I could go on about mental health and shit but hey, I've got a show to run, here! Btw it beeps every 35 seconds so imagine hearing that chirp every 35 seconds and being used to it. Check in one someone if they don't hear the smoke detector chirp is all im saying, they could be depressed!

Anyway let's get to it!!

First comment says to talk about my favorite movie! From Infinite Chaos. I don't know how to make the funny letters go like that.

My favorite movie of all time is back to the future. Like compared to my other favorite films it's so basic, like i have Scorsese in there, some 70s films yk, real artsy stuff then back to the future but it's just such a comfort movie for me. I've seen that movie many many many times, I even saw the DeLorean in person yeah I'm a nerd I know. I just adore it, it's so easy to throw on, its a great story. Okay... jt aged poorly with the incest but damn I live that movie to death. It's so good, if you haven't seen it... WHAT ARE YOU DOING???? WATCH IT!!!

Next one comes from Amber she asked for my favorite video game, book or food and my favorite video game is, I'm so embarrassed but  admit is papa's freezeria... I need to finish more games. There are so many unfinished games that be on my fav list but for now it's papa's freezeria which I wrote a 1500 word review for, now lost to time. Favorite book is Hamlet we all know that. My favorite food is Shepards pie! Has to be.

Picklerick420 asked for my top 10 albums of all time! And I'd love to do this. I will limit myself to one sentence to sell each, no more! I talk about music too much...

10. Blood on the tracks - Bob Dylan (2nd best song writing on a Bob dylan album but definitely my fav of his very easy to relisten to.)
9. Mingus Ah Um - Charles Mingus (beautiful jazz from my favorite jazz artist ever.)
8. Ode to Q - Dave Bixby (one of the saddest albums I've ever heard about a man declaring his happiness for being saved when in hindsight he was actually a vulnerable person indoctrinated into a cult)
7. The New Sound - Geordie Greep (best concept album ever)
6. Back to black - Amy Winehouse (tragic album by one of the greatest singers of all time)
5. Zen arcade - husker du (classic and noisy and a clear inspiration for some of my other favs like number girl)
4. Eli and the thirteenth confession - Laura Nyro (another amazing singer and if I'm being honest this is my high album)
3. Dreamcast summer songs - Devon Hendryx/JPEGMAFIA (amazing production, really meaningful music through only sound and sampling)
2. Dronevil - boris (beautiful noise and sludge that builds and builds into something so calming yet noisy)*
1. Diamond Jubilee - Cindy Lee (my favorite album ever made by an enby as they explore how their gender identity and expression intertwines with their queerness and love life)

*another album that's one of my favs but not on here is Bullhead by Melvins and boris was actually heavily inspired by that, they took their name from that album (there's a song called boris).

I'm hungry and I'm yearning and this concludes mothline! Good night!! Feel free to call in! I won't bully you if your smoke alarm chirps!
